Mia + Macy Co. was created during a season of life where I found myself pouring so much into everyone else that I slowly lost something for myself along the way. Like many moms, I was showing up every day, giving everything I had but there was a quiet part of me that needed something more. Something creative, something fulfilling, something that felt like mine again.

 

What started as a small outlet with a 73 year old sewing machine, inherited from my Mommom, Doris May, quickly became something much deeper. It became a space where I could create, grow, and rebuild a sense of identity outside of the roles I carry every day. It gave me something to be proud of, something to pour into, and something that reminded me I’m still me, too.

 

This business is named after my daughters, Mia and Macy, who are the heart behind everything I do. They are my why, my inspiration, and the reason I wanted to build something meaningful; not just for myself, but for them to see what it looks like to create something from nothing.

 

Every piece you see here is handcrafted, with intention, care, and a genuine love for creating. There is no rushing through it, no shortcuts. Just time, effort, and heart poured into every detail.

 

Mia + Macy Co. is more than just a small business. It’s a reminder that it’s okay to grow, to start something new, and to carve out a space for yourself. Even in the busiest seasons of life.
