    Because each embroidered product and apparel item is made to order based on your selected garment or fabric color, design, and thread color, all embroidered apparel/product sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color, or design selections.

    If your item arrives with an issue related to our workmanship, such as loose or unfinished stitching, thread defects, or another embroidery-related problem, please contact us with photos of the item. After evaluation, qualifying items will be replaced at no additional cost.

    Please note that minor variations in embroidery placement, stitching, and thread appearance are normal with handmade and individually embroidered items and are not considered defects.
